How is medication delivered? +
Your medication ships directly from our compounding pharmacy to your Iowa address. Topical creams and oral capsules ship 2nd day. Allow 5–7 days from prescription to delivery for your first order.
Is this covered by insurance? +
Thrive operates on a cash-pay model. Most HSA and FSA plans allow reimbursement for medically necessary hormone therapy and lab work — check with your plan administrator. We provide itemized receipts upon request.
How long before I feel a difference? +
Most women notice meaningful changes within 4–8 weeks — improved sleep, reduced hot flashes, better mood, and improved energy are often the first things noticed. Full optimization typically takes 3–6 months of consistent therapy.
How often will I need follow-up labs? +
We recommend a check-in panel at 8–12 weeks after starting therapy, then every 6 months once your levels are stable. Annually we run a full panel. This keeps your protocol dialed in and ensures we catch anything early.

How does injectable testosterone ship? +
Testosterone ships overnight to your Iowa address. Syringes, needles, and alcohol pads are included. You'll receive step-by-step injection instructions and your provider is available if you have questions.
What is enclomiphene and why is it included? +
Enclomiphene stimulates your brain to signal your testes to keep producing testosterone naturally. Without it, TRT can suppress your body's own production over time. We include it to preserve testicular function and fertility — something most national TRT programs skip.
How often will I need follow-up labs? +
We check labs at 6–8 weeks after starting to verify your testosterone levels and hematocrit are in range. Then every 6 months once stable, and a full panel annually. We'll remind you when it's time — you won't have to keep track on your own.
How soon will I notice results? +
